About Airwave

Airwave is an independent podcast network. We make six shows about music, technology, nature, work and the people who keep the world running at night. Every episode is published here with full show notes, photographs and links.

Who we are

Airwave was started by Nina Alvarez, a former radio producer who wanted to make the kind of shows she could not find anywhere else: patient, curious and made with care. Today, four hosts make six shows between them.

How we are funded

Every episode is free to listen to. Members get bonus episodes every week, ad-free feeds and early access to new series, and they are the reason we can keep making the shows without chasing clicks.
